Just as a marriage, divorce is multifaceted and often complex. What prompts one person in Arizona or anywhere in the United States to file for divorce may not even be a consideration for another individual. Because every relationship has its own set of ideals and rules, the decision to file for divorce is rarely hasty.

Recently, the seven-year marriage of Heidi Klum and her husband Seal met its end. According to news reports, those close to Klum said she could no longer tolerate Seal's out-of-control temper, which often affected her life and the lives of their four young children. Before this news, the couple seemed to have a solid marriage and were known for their annual wedding vow renewals and public displays of affections.

Some relationships come to an end after highly detrimental acts, such as adultery or abuse, while other relationships reach a breaking point over time. A well-known psychoanalyst says everyone has a different 'deal breaker' while in a relationship and these deal breakers can change over time. She says for men, common deal breakers are women who do not care about their appearance anymore, inflexible women, and those women that are extremely independent. On the flip side, women see lying and cheating, frugal men, and men with no plans for their future as common deal breakers.

While every relationship is different, the choice to file for divorce is often trying and very personal. Fortunately, making the right decisions during the divorce process can alleviate any further stress and help start a positive future for all those involved.
